i just watched this drama a few days ago.Initially i have no idea about this drama and i was concerned about passing ma leisure time only. i bothered to watch it because of jang-geun-suk oppa!Also may be cause of its catchy title LOVE RAIN.
But uncertainly 'love rain' becomes ma best melodrama i ever watched so far.. i would like to give the outline of the story and also about the characters portrayed in the drama.

First is the 70's love story and the later is about the love story at present.
The 70's story goes by the love at first sight theory where two shy university students So-In-ha and Kim-Yoon-hee, happened to meet in the college and their feelings developed inside unknowingly right from the three seconds at start.Both of them hold it in their heart without expressing to each other.Then Kim-Yoon-hee found In-ha's love for her and she went to meet him before he started his military service.They finally had courage to share their feelings.Happiness dwelled in their life for a while and In-ha left to the military hoping to have a happy life later with his love.All of a sudden , Yoon-hee was diagnosed by a severe disease.She left to 'United States' for a treatment ,leaving a letter behind. she also promised that she would return to him at once surely .Years passed so soon after In-ha and Yoon-hee got married with someone else. In-ha waited 30 years for her to return which made his marriage life more complicated.Yoon-hee was widowed accidentally.Both of them had a tough time in passing the days of their lives.They lived with their petty feelings without even knowing about each other.On one rainy day In-ha saw his love after all these suffering years.Their love started to blossom once again after a long gap...
The present story deals with Seo-Joon (son of In-ha ) and Jung-Ha-na (daughter of Yoon-hee) who met accidentally at station for the same three seconds as their parents did.Seo-joon as an excellent photographer has been rumoured to be a well charmed player among girls whereas Ha-na seemed to be an innocent girl who likes gardening.At first they only quarrelled with each other but eventually their quarell turned into a strong feeling of affection. Without having any idea about their parents, they happened to be drawn towards each other falling in love.One day Seo-Joon came to know about their parents' miserable love story and decided to breakup with Ha-na.After knowing this truth Ha-Na also decided to put an end for her relationship with Seo-joon.Ha-na took this aching decision only for the sake of her mother's happiness since In-Ha and Yoon-hee decided to get married finally.But Seo-joon and Ha-na started to live in hell with their hidden feelings.Then In-ha came to realize his son's love and he suffered enormous pain of not knowing what do.Neither he could leave his awaited love life after 30 years of anxiety nor he could hurt his son by letting him to experience the same as he went through in his past years.After being distressed for few days, In-ha and Yoon-hee gave up on their marriage for their children's happiness.Seo-joon proposed Ha-na and thereby the story gives a happy ending...

First, the highlighted theme of the story is RAIN..Every emotion that has been pictured was just gorgeous in its own way.As per the title ,love is rained throughout the drama with its drizzling cuteness.
Further the episodes can levitate the mood of viewers regarding the feelings for sure.The role played by Jang-geun-suk was extremely attractive as in 'You are beautiful'..Jang-geun-suk showed his stupendous acting talents in this drama.Yoona also has done a very good job regarding her role.Their matchmaking was just too perfect and the chemistry between them was just oozing throughout the drama.

As we all know, Jang-geun is well known for his variety in hairstyles.In this drama, he nailed his costume and makeup to the best. But i think Yoona's hairstyle got little messed up during the present time story.. Yet she looked stunning beautiful in the whole drama. Jang-geun-suk's charming look and chocolatey smile made the scenes more lively.The romance scenes were extremely awesome and the main characters depicted were much realistic with the suitable facial expressions in the story.Since the portrait was much more expressive with respect to love , viewers get moved easily by it.
